Returns Policy
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply visit our returns centre or email customercare@houseofhuxley.co.uk quoting your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us for a full refund or exchange if you so wish.
Returning your items
Please ensure the items are returned safely and securely using a fully insured courier service. HOUSE OF HUXLEY will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Items must be returned new, unworn and complete with all original documentation and packaging. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged in any way.
We are unable to issue a refund or exchange for any items returned without their GIA Diamond Dossiers or SafeGuard valuations. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet this policy, any such items will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Bespoke items
It is with regret that we are unable to accept returns on any bespoke or made to order items. Bespoke and made to order items are classed as those not listed as in stock on our website. If you are for any reason unhappy with a bespoke or made to order item, please contact customercare@houseofhuxley.co.uk at your earliest convenience. Any refunds or exchanges on bespoke or made to order items are processed solely at our discretion.
Receiving a refund or exchange
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If you have requested an exchange, we will contact you to arrange a replacement. Please note: if a suitable alternative is not in stock, we may require you to allow up to 14 working days for one to become available.
